I've been working on a few new public personas that I have been trying out at the library.
1. Rock n Roll Carl. Rock n Roll Carl wears black plastic glasses. He doesn't take no for an answer and he doesn't ask any questions. Rock n Roll Carl talks over the top of the person he is speaking to, in so many ways. Rock n Roll Carl does not like soft rock and he wants to be clear on that.
2. Jeff Coleslaw. Jeff Coleslaw doesn't have any clear opinions. He does not wear glasses. Jeff Coleslaw sometimes laughs out loud but kinda fake laughy and quietly when he is reading a book. He wears a bluetooth sometimes. Jeff Coleslaw likes Oasis.

I stumbled upon A Time for Burning (1966) in the Multnomah County Library a few days ago. It is a documentary about a Lutheran minister who attempts to integrate his church in Omaha. Ernie Chambers, former Nebraska State Senator, is featured in a few scenes. I wanted to tell you about this because I think you should learn about Sen. Chambers, if you haven't already. You should know about him if you are from Omaha, and if you are not from Omaha, you should know about him because you are a good citizen.
