I wanted to give a shout out to my boy, Kevin Sampsell. His small press Future Tense is celebrating its 20th anniversary on Friday night. He was printing up chapbooks before email, while we were popping teal balloons at the eighth grade dance. Congrats, Kevin.

A set of 11 poems from a now complete manuscript, VIKING, are up at the inaugural issue of Dear Navigator. These are early versions of these poems (for one example, the current versions are written in first person, not third person) but this might give you a little peek into the larger narrative.
