A new food cart opened up just down the street from my place. It is called Stevie's Chicken 'n' Waffles. They mostly serve fried chicken on top of waffles. They have a little tv that plays hip hop movies on VHS while you wait. The sound comes out of the two boom boxes out front. Tonight they were playing Krush Groove. I ordered the Billy Dee.

So many questions. Well, I have no idea about the vegan options. Maybe they'll slip in a vegan waffle if you ask for it.
The Billy Dee is a waffle with a big ole fried chicken breast on top, butter and syrup, and a side of lumpy grits.
