Have the day off tomorrow. Working on finances. Working on special issue #6 (the things coming in are wow). Cubs v Marlins on in the afternoon--have a block of time reserved.

Z - Got to check out the Ugly Duckling studio a few days ago... Anna was in the middle of printing up some book (what it was? I don't know... a golden ticket maybe...). Its a fantastic space not too far from the water in Red Hook. Literally a kid-in-the-candy-store situation, seeing all of the UDP overstock, the stock room filled with paper (exotic and otherwise), their bank of computers, various artworks on the wall, and, of course, the letterpresses! These beautiful, gargantuan old "machines" with a mess of things around them, letters, plates, papers, etc... I could've spent all day there, dammit, but I didn't. I'll have to tell you more when I see you next. You'd love it man, you'd love it - - Brandon
